Welcome to your anti-ableist, anti-racist,
evidenced-based toolkit.
Resources specifically curated to eliminate ableism, racism, homophobia, and transphobia.
Whether you’re a disabled person, a caregiver, a social worker, a teacher, human resource professional or a legal advocate, you’ll find tools to prepare you for allyship, fellowship, community building, and neurodiverse affirming caregiving.
I am the proud mother of two children with developmental disabilities, an attorney, a community organizer, and a lifelong learner. Realizing my own neurodivergence later in life has made me passionate about creating an anti-ableist society, that necessarily requires dedication to anti-racism scholarship and community building. But I see too many silos; BIPOC communities still don’t talk about ableism; Disabled people still don't talk about racism, homophobia, or transphobia. LGBTQIA community is still uncomfortable talking about Disabled people and their needs within the community. I don’t believe that comfort can be our goal. This website is simply a springboard for lifelong learning, unlearning, scholarship, community building and continuous reflection.
This resource is a manifestation of love for my disabled children and twin sister. I do not receive any monetary benefit from any of the resources posted here.
